I have witnessed and experienced some of the same frustrations early in my career. I know what it is like to earn my living ONLY on commissions,
the added pressure of running my business and the need to constantly
having to find new customers and deliver more sales.

I realized early on in my career the only way to improve my skills and eliminate my frustrations was to learn as much as possible. I started by tracking and monitoring my performance on daily basis. Over time I utilized this info to perfect and develop methods and techniques that continually improved my skills. Before long, I was making more money, generating more leads and bringing in more sales and enjoying my career.
Passionate About Selling
My field sales success led me to become a Successful sales person, then on became certified sales trainer and held several senior sales management positions. I also open and ran a successful business.
Throughout my career. I knew one thing for sure.
I absolutely am passionate about selling.
As a Certified trainer I also was asked to aide in developing and providing sales and management development training programs. During this time, I recognized my passion and that I thoroughly enjoyed doing this, that I decided to pursue it,
so I started my own sales training and consulting business.
It has fullfilled my desire to be able to assist others with the development and improvement of their necessary skills so they could become successful WITHOUT
having to suffer through frustrations of learning by the trail and error method.
